| I'm ready to plant my "Cole" crops, as in Elliot Colemans winter greens! I picked up the lucky seven and am ready to plant.
When is a good time to start planting these greens? Is it too early to start now? I'm in zone 5b. I bought the following, Tatsoi, Joi Choi, Minutina, Claytonia, Arugula, Mache and some spinach to go with it. |

| I think in your zone it's time to plant them all. If you have Eliot Coleman's Four-Season Harvest book, there are charts in the back that will help you figure it out. -O |
