Veggie PLANT supplier for fall?

Is there a company that sells vegetable plants for fall planting? I'd like to do some winter gardening here in Zone 6 Philadelphia, but I believe the time for starting the seeds has passed. Organic plants preferred.

Every year I think this would be a great business to get into because if there are any of these--I haven't seen them. Our farm coop had fall veggie starts as late as sept. but you'll find nothing else now. There should be a market for hoophouse folks...
