2011 Fall Garden

I have the healthiest fall garden I have ever grown this year. All planted on 9/10/2011 from transplants except for the mixed greens. Broccoli, Georgia Collards, Mixed Greens, Cabbages & Cauliflower. I live in zone #7 and we have already had a few morning frosts, but no freezing weather yet. I have not sprayed or dusted these plants and have no insect damage except a few leafs on the red cabbage with flea beetles. We have already pick some collards and the broccoli heads a forming now; I cant wait until thanksgiving. Go to the link below and check out the garden section. Make sure and visit the galleries for all the garden pictures.

Very inspiring. Today is January 27 and I have lots of kale, beets, root parsley and corn salad. Radishes have been nice, we ate most of them already.
