Cestrum N cold damage

Both my Cestrum and Dirnum have dried up but somewhat greenish leaves. They are both over 5' tall. Do you think there is a chance they might come back? Should I water them?

They should both come back. Mine are in pots but for the last 2 years I have let them get hit by a really hard frost before pulling the pots inside. They always came back and in fact, one of mine is blooming in the greenhouse right now after being hit in Dec.
