Dwarf Ylang Ylang plant

Does anyone here have the dwarf Ylang Ylang plant/bush?

Does it have fragrance? I read in prior blogs that some of them did not have a scent? How fast does it grow? Do you have yours in full sun? Photos would be appreciated.

    I ordered seed from the vine it is fragrant there are certain species that are not google your question and you should get your answer

    I also read that the flowers have to turn yellow beforethey will get fragrance. What is the fragrance like? Is it like a gardenia or michelia alba or jasmine or what?
