Your plant looks like a Climbing Ylang Ylang, or Artabotrys hexapetalus, not the true Ylang Ylang, Cananga odorata. I have a rooted cutting of Artabotrys from two years ago. I think it was done during late summer/early fall and the rooting media was 1:1 perlite/peat moss. Artabotrys is a vigorous plant but my cutting still has not bloomed. The mother plant I had was bought as a big 2g and it took that plant 3-4 years to bloom. The fragrance is very fruity and sweet. Good luck with your plants!
