| Bronx NY - about a 4 hour drive ... seems like that would be more than a day trip, Robert. And while I'm open to making new friends - spending entire weekends in close company is a way to lose them. :) Aren't there some New Yorkers among us who can make an event of this, though? |

| My dear Robert - they're both wonderful people! but, as in any new friendship, you don't want to wear out your welcome. A day trip, like a good scotch, is a beautiful thing ... the second day (or a second glass) to quickly to follow - well - absence does make the heart grow fonder. :) We've all got lives - friends, family, work - our NE plant club - will be a lovely addition - but it doesn't have to compete with our current busy schedules - as with any new friendship or group; to develop a good one you shouldn't go to quick with it. Otherwise, we'll just burn out and the friendships won't be as successful. Right? |
