winter sweet from seeds

Hi, I need some advice on caring winter sweet seedling started form seeds. It all started from Feb. 8 and I followed this procedure: http://fragrantgardening.wordpress.com/seed-germination/wintersweet-germination-instruction/. Seeds germinated and has been growing healthy. seedlings are in 5-1-5 mix. Fertilizer is 1/2 spoon of MG all purpose plant food + 1/2 spoon Epsom salt in 1Gal water. Their growth rate is kind of slow to me. I have attached 4 photos that I took on 2/8, 2/17, 2/27 and 3/27.

My question is that if the growth rate is normal or too slow. If too slow, what did I do wrong and what can I do to promote growth?

Thanks,
Jay
