cestrum nocturnum not blooming

| Two years ago I planted two cestrum nocturnum in full sun in zone 9/10 in west Florida. The plants grow very well (I prune them slightly once a year, and they are easily six feet tall) but they rarely flower. I LOVE their smell when they flower. Any suggestions for stimulating more regular floral growth? Thanks. |

| I have the same problem with my sweet broom. I live in LA zone 20/21. It's healthy in all other ways. |
