I don't know about mail order, but in VA Beach, VA there is McDonalds Nursery perhaps they could recommend a place if they do not mail order.

My Chuck Hayes looks pretty bad after all the snow we had this past winter. The man at Triple Oaks said to give it time, it might bounce back...
He also told me that Gardenia Augusta is hardier than Chuck
Hayes (but doesn't have double blooms)

Thanks so much for the reply. Are you using canvas across a frame when the temps get real low? I figured I'd try that and see where it gets me. ...After finding a Chuck, that is. Augusta sounds good, too.
