Really enjoyed 'forcing' lilies of the valley this year. ----

the flowers (thus scent) lasted so much longer than if cut/ in a boquet. Did the same thing with scented violets, worked great. Recommend frag lovers. :)

Hello, could you post how you started those two plants. I love Lily of the Valley fragrance. Do they need to be kept in the fridge for a cold spell? Thanks.

I should plant this wonderful plant again. Years ago I had the bloom, such small and lovely flowers with high quality fragrance.

Even I am at zone 9. I can manage to force it to flower as instructed in Sunset New Western Garden Book.
