My Jasmine plant is dying

Hello! This the first time I've used a forum so I'm sorry if I'm doing this wrong. Last year I planted a climbing Jasmine plant (called : trachelospermum ) and at first there was lots of growth, but then, by autumn the tips of the climbers were turning black. This year, the leaves are turning yellow, beginning to shrivel and look like they have 'burn' marks on them (please see the photos in the links below). The jasmine is facing south east and I live in Yorkshire (middle of UK) and the weather has been wet and cool recently, but the winter was not too harsh (minimum of -3 degrees Celsius). They are in a windy location on a wall. Please can you help me as I really like this plant? Thank you very much! Andrew.
