Is this a mockorange plant

I purchased this plant 3 years ago from ForestFarm. Its supposed to be a mockorange plant, but it has not produced any blooms in 3 years (although it only got partial sun for the first 2 years). Is this a mockorange plant and how many years do they typically take to blossom.

Lycheeluva,
The leaves on your plant DOES look like the mock orange leaves you are talking about, the hedge form.
I didn't like them because to me they looked stragley.
They don't always bloom either.
But you do have the correct plant.

It looks like Mockorange to me. I had this plant many years back at D&F Area. It produced many of white fragrant flowers. I like it for the fragrance.
