I believe they are scales. Remove the ones you can find, then spray your plant with a rubbing alcohol mix for prevention.

They may be hard to get rid of, but I wouldn't worry too much as long as you are keeping an eye on your plant. :)

Its a bit hard to make out but could possible be scale insect if you are in the U.S.A there will be a list aslong as your arm of treatments you can use to get rid of them you could try neem oil or MALATHION 50% EC Insecticide for Plants

It is Rhizoctonia.
Caused by too much watering, it is contagious. It spreads.
Your plant needs air, take every leaf off that has those spots on them, WASH YOUR HANDS with anitbacterial soap after you touch the leaves, and let it dry out for awhile.
The plant needs some air, so see if you can trim just a couple of branches down, I don't know how big it is, but if you can trim a couple branches down, it will allow more air to pass through the plant.
Keep it on the dry side for awhile, the new leaves should be alright when they come out.
