Cestrum nocturnuum is the most common one I can think of, there's plenty of others listed in the faq under "What can I plant for a fragrant moon garden?"

Matthiola bicornis (night stocks) and brugmansia really waft at night for me. But you won't like the stocks if you don't like "sloppy" appearances. 'Mare

I second the cestrum nocturnum with its strong, candy-sweet scent. My favorite is brassavola nodosa, Lady of the Night orchid.

Ha, don't just stand there--get a brug!

I was also going to say brugmansia. Our neighbor has one that hangs over the fence. While I don't love the giant dropped blossoms everywhere, it's more than worth it for that fabulous, strong scent in the evening.

Another incredible night fragrant plant is Nam Meaw. The pleasing sweet scent can
be detected from a good distance away.
