Michelia figo, blooming now?

Just wondering whether a figo should be blooming this time of year. It's the first figo I got which seemed to have stalled earlier this year, and now the buds are getting bigger quickly.

Mine is blooming since early April, and still blooming now.

Mine started blooming in April this year but only one or two at a time. It fizzled out around early July. It lost almost all leaves but just finished puting out a new set. I hope to get more flowers next spring!
