What's the name of the Orange Magnolia?

Can someone please tell me the name of the magnolia that has the orange flowers? I've seen pictures of it on here before and want to buy one, can't remember the name to look it up.
Also if someone knows a reputable grower for this plant I would appreciate it for an order, I can't find them around here.
I know there is M. Alba, but what is the orange one called to look it up online?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you so much Robert.
I couldn't remember it.
I want to buy a plant, I tried 2 years to grow from seeds and I couldn't get them to grow.
Thanks again.

You're welcome!
I've read that grafted trees bloom before seed grown ones.

Becareful about buying seeds. I believe most seed sources are not that fresh as claim. And any magnolia champaca seed that has been in storage for more than a couple of mounths are not likely to be viable. I've tried several times to grow them from seed ordered but none germinated. However, fresh seeds I got from Thailand of another Magnolia species germinated readily after a month or two.

Magnolia champaca is a species composed of many strains or varieties. The flower color can come in many shades of orange-yellow. Some are large timber trees while some can be dwarf and bloom at just 3 feet. But that dwarf strain is probably not available in the USA yet. I've been trying to get a hold but its difficult to obtain.

Gardino's (a.k.a. rareflora.com) sells champaca seedlings; They're very reputable.

Here is a link that might be useful: Gardino Nursery

i would stay away from seeding! Michelia Champaca can take between 8-10years from seed to flower
