Soft Smells..

Posted by radhavall z10fl (My Page) on

Couple of recent flowers, bought from Logees last year...

Allamanda Double flower, vining in nature, soft floral fragrance. I do like the Daffodil shaped flower and intense yellow color....

Nerium / Oleander, Peach Blossom, typical Oleander smell, exact smell and color for that matter, that I remember from an old tree in India...

Thanks for looking...

Beautiful pictures, Radha! I especially love the Oleander.

This is blooming for me today:

(Gardenia frostproof.. a fuss-free gardenia. I've been waited all year for this!)

RE: Soft Smells..

radha, the double allamanda is lovely!

kemistry-- congrats on the blooms on your gardenia. Good growing!

RE: Soft Smells..

Beautiful pictures everyone!

I want to add Kumquat blossoms to the list. The scent is very light compared to orange blossoms but has a very pleasing effect on me. It just delights my senses. It sorta reminds me of Osmanthus fragrans.
