Fragrant Memory Rose Help

I love this rose. I am very new at this. About 10 years ago I planted this rose and loved the fragrance. A dog got his leash snagged on the plant and snapped it at ground level (about 2 months ago). A rose plant is coming up but I am not sure if it is Fragrant Memory (I think the plant i planted was a graft).

Does anyone know how I can tell if this is Fragrant Memory. If it isn't, does anyone know how I can get another Fragrant Memory? If not, is there a similar rose?

If it's coming up through the ground, it's a sucker, i.e worthless. If it's coming off the graft, it's fragrant memory.

I'm not sure of similar roses but I highly recommend david austin english roses, especially the following:

Brother Cadfael
Benjamin Britten
Jude The Obscure
Abraham Darby
Gertrude Jekyll
