I got 4 Tartarian Honeysuckle plants off Ebay and I was happy that 3 took off and have new growth all over them (they looked like dead sticks when I got em') One of them looks really anemic with tiny leaves up and down the stem but no branches coming off the middle. None of the plants have any flowers with the exception of one of the plants that had literally TWO flowers which were promptly picked. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? I fertilized and watered, not too too much. I planted them like shrubs under the windows so we could enjoy the fragrance. Lots of other stuff grows there, but the only thing really taking off is the weeds and some birdseed that sprouted! I planted a bunch of perennial seeds that have grown like crazy, but ALSO have no flowers in sight.
