Hi,

I just moved to 10a, and I'm planning my dream fragrant garden (from 5a).

I've been doing alot of reading on this species, but i haven't found detail information on exactly how close one needs to be to enjoy the scent of fragrant tree olive.

I can only plant this about 25 feet from a seating area or about 15 feet away from a seating area, but with a 6 foot wall in between.

I'm wondering will I still be able to enjoy this fragrance to the fullest from my seating area or only when I walk by it?

Is there any cultivar which is best?

I'm also assuming planting in full sun will induce more flowers which would provide more scent?
