I have a sad night blooming jasmine. usually these things just explode. but this one doesn't like it. it doesn't get as much sun as my other ones have. growth is spindly, a few blossoms but nothing spectacular, leaves seem brown, eaten up, curled in. Here are some pics. Any suggestions?

Could be mites or some other bug. Can you move it into the sun? Cestrum loves hot sun and lots of water.

I would cut all the ugly off, give it plenty of water and let it re-grow. Cestrum resprouts from cutbacks very easily. Hopefully the new growth will be more attractive. Misting with the hose several times a day speeds up the resprouting.
