I can smell the nice fragrance about 8 feet away. This plant is about 7 feet tall in a big pot.

No, it is not Os. flowers which are much smaller than this one. Cleyera japonica is the registered name. However it is widely growing naturally in Taiwan, southern China and Japan. The flower size is about .4 to .5 inch.
