One Green World and Burnt Ridge Nursery supply Goumi plants. I bought 2 at a local nursery, but can vouch that OGW has a plant that will at least produce by the 2nd year. Burnt Ridge has 2 choices.
Not sure if you've tried the fruit or not, but I personally like it. Not a lot of flesh to it, as the seed takes up a bit of room. It's advertised as a tart cherry, but it's a bit of a stretch. It's much smaller and it leaves this weird chalky taste in your mouth. I think it's yummy, but my wife thought it a bit puckering, though she still ate a few more.
Forgot which forum I was on, as I usually post on the fruit and orchards.
Did you just want it for flowers? They definitely have a sweet scent, although I think you would have to have several mature plants to have it waft around a small area. I have to get an inch away to soak it in, but it's worth crouching for.
Somewhat rounded, but definitely vigorous for a small shrub. I pruned my 2 plants in mid summer just to keep them in check. Several stems had 2 feet of growth to that point, and each has since grown another foot. The leaves are attractive and overall, rounded or not, it is a worthwhile shrub for fragrance and moreso its fruit.
