Clerodendron with special needs. Time, age, and adequate nutrients. Thats about it for me. Never had a problem with a plant not blooming.

They probably haven't bloomed because they are too busy growing. A couple of good doses of potash should work.Cheers

Ditto on the potash or a bloom special like 2-10-10. You can also hit the leaves with something like miracle grow.

I'm not sure about Arizona, but C. bungei blooms very late in Virginia (late September). There is barely time to enjoy the flowers before the first frost.
