i would not worry about them at all. if you replanted, you may still get to enjoy the flowers for the remainder of the season. if the tops do die back, they will be fine next year, esp. with a tuber the size you mention. they are tough as nails in our zone. i have even thrown some out the size of sweet potatoes onto brush piles when removing them from unwanted areas and given them later to friends and they were not affected the next year.
btw, mine were also blown over by fay but they continue to flower in the prone position. must have been some kind of wind to lift the tubers out of your soil!

Thanks jeff al, Yes it got pretty windy. Blew the lattace out of my trellis.LOL. the bed the 4 o'clocks are in is a raise planting and the soil is landscaping mix, so it is kind of loose. If it was growing in the clay soil I bet it would have broke instead.
