| This is my first time growing plants. I bought this Jasminum Sambac (Arabian Jasmine) about 4 months ago. It's grown well, but it hasn't bloomed yet. I was wondering when it will. Do they only bloom at certain times during the year? Where will the buds appear?

| This Jasmine looks very healthy, the leaves are larger on the top than on the bottom. You have been taking good care of this plant. However, it looks a bit too tall, less branches to me... Maybe you prefer this shape. But Jasmine flower buds forms at tip of new grow. If you keep this form, you will not get many flower bud. Jasmine can bloom all year round, but it likes to have hot temperature and plenty of sun shine. It is kind of cool now in zone 5, so what you need to do is to keep what you are doing, wait till next spring. It will give you nice fragrant flowers. |
