I bought a three gallon Osmanthus Fragrance plant, the leaves were green when I planted it, but soon after each and every leaf turned black/brown at the tip, some dropped off. Some new shoots developed, but they are also black and dry at the tip even at a very tender stage.

I searched on the web, but could not find what I'm doing wrong, or what kind of product I can buy to use on the plant so that the leaves are green again.
