Honeysuckle are blooming, again!

A friend of mine who lives in northern NJ and I, who lives just north of there in Rockland County, NY, both have seen honeysuckle vines blooming recently. Is that unusual? I am certainly not complaining as I LOVE their smell, unless this is a sign of global warming...

Dunno if it's a sign, mine are doing it too (I grow the woodbine type) in California- I wonder if they are happy it's less hot now. Quite a few of my plants stop working when it's over 90 for a long stretch and begin again in fall.
