Anything special to overwinter a jasminum officinale?

I'm still having difficulties believing entirely that hardy jasmine really can stay outdoors, but I'll go with that. I need the room and from what I heard it does better being outside for the winter.
So my question is, is there anything special I should do for a container grown hardy jasmine? I'm in zone 7, don't have a garage or anything like that, just a small concrete yard, so I can't put anything in the ground. The container is about 12-14 inches in diameter, and I think it's double-walled. Oh, and it's plastic. The plant is from this year, got it in maybe May or so, and it was pretty small then. It's much larger now, but wanted to mention its age in case that was an issue. The yard gets a lot of sun.
Thanks!
