Osmanthus fragrans source in South Florida?

Anybody know where I can get a plant in Dade or Broward counties?

I got one last spring at Lowe's but I'm sure they don't have them now. If I can propagate one from a cutting would you want it? Don't know how hard it is to do, but I'll try if your want.
