Radha, that is a ripoff for the price you paid. One thing I can say is GD supreme is a vigorous grower unlike regular grandduke. My plant grew to 1ft from 3inch clipping that my friend gave last year. Yours does not show any sign of growth. Sorry to see that...

Fortunately the Duke supreme is supposed to be vigorous, so hopefully it'll grow well for you.
But to pay $20+shipping for a 1" plant is outrageous, regardless of how rare the plant is. I'm sorry to hear/see this happened to you, Radha!
