Caterpillars on Night-Blooming Jasmine

So this morning I found the new growth on my night blooming jasmine all eaten. On the few leaves left, small (1/2 inch) green caterpillars made temporary cocoons using the leaves and silk. It will probably keep eating the plant tonight, including its daytime shelter.

Does anyone know what kind of moth does this?

Any homemade solution to this problem?

What do you suggest to get rid of it?

Use Bt for all caterpillar problems.
