I purchased a Jasmine maid of orleans plant earlier this summer. After I got it, It bloomed for about a week, but has not bloomed since.

I've been pruning it, keeping it warm (>70 F) and humid (>40%) and using LED grow light for this winter. I have fertilized once with 14-14-14 osmocote long release fertilier. It keeps growing new vegatative growth, but no flowers?

I was under the impression that this variety is a perpetual bloomer. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
