Jasmine sambac and it's cultivars are fascinating when you start to notice their fragrance during the day or night time rise softly in the perfume levels. What fragrance is
pleasing to one sniffer may smell entirely different to others. I can often detect whatever blooming in my back yard as soon as I take a few steps out the door and my hubby who is often right behind or even before me doesn't notice any fragrance at all. I would think each one of us should do our own experiments.

Blooming now, 'Maid of New Orleans', the fragrant flowers are as legendary as those of Gardenia. Jasmine molle fragrance is somewhat of a musky Tangerine and more
intensely penetrates the surrounding air.
