marshmallow fuschia

I am keeping a marshmallow fuschia inside over the winter and I am wondering if I can trim it back and root the cuttings. The older growth has become woody, but there are a signicant number of new green shoots and it is growing well. I would like to 'fatten up' the looks of the plant with some additional little new ones.

thank you for you help, I can hardly wait for Spring.

RE: marshmallow fuschia

Here in Calif. Feb. is the month to prune and begin cuttings.
Since yours is indoors and growing well I think it is perfect timing to have a great summer display.
Marshmallow is one of my favorites!
