Please tell me what fuschia this is. My beloved gave it to me last year and I've managed to keep it alive over the winter, so far. (This picture was taken last summer.)

It may be a dark eyes. Here is the picture of the dark eye fuchsia I had last year. Uunfortunately, it didn't survive, but I am working on a new one now.

Sarah, yes, that does look like mine, except I let the vines trail over the pot last year (my first year with it). It overwintered well for me (miracle!) and I'm trying to do the right thing for this year to not kill it! Thank you for showing me what I have. God bless.

No problem Barb. Luckily I have a dark eye fuchsia, or there would have been an good chance I'd have no clue, haha. Letting the vines trail shouldn't be a problem. I simply prefer them upright.

There are many of these similar red/purple varieties Barb, but yes it could be Dark Eyes - Kath:)
