Sorry about that, I thought putting 9 in zone would have taken care of location issue. I live in Houston Texas zone 9. Right now it's in the 80's, plant doesn't look like it's getting too much sun though if anything I see a few yellow leaves on it but that has stopped since I water only will twice a week. It's a natural pesticide and will not harm the hummers. You should be able to find it at any garden shop. The Foliar Plus sounds like a good choice.

Be warned that although Pyrethrum is derived from a plant, ie 'natural,' it is toxic to all insects, both good and bad and is also poisonous to fish and other aquatic life. It isn't necessary to apply an insecticide once a week unless you can see the pest and id it.
