Fuchsia blooms not looking good

I purchased two fuchsias, dollar princess and swing time, and put them in a hanging basket. They are in a semi shade location where they get the morning sun then in the afternoon they get shade. They are in miracle gro moisture control soil.

Since I've got them the big bright looking blooms died off and it produced a lot of new bulbs but they take a while to bloom and when they do, they look smaller, paler, with hints of brown in them.

I've opened them and noticed these tiny pale yellow worm like bugs inside the blooms.

What should I do to make these plants look good? I haven't fertilized yet and I water them about twice a week. Should I be watering them everyday? Any advice would be appreciated.
