How much sun for hanging planters of 'Dark Eyes' and 'Bianca'?

I recently bought two hanging planters of Fuchsia. A "DarkEyes" two weeks ago and a "Bianca" (I think) today. I bought a Dark Eyes last year which died and I am hoping to NOT repeat that performance. I have a porch with three spots for hanging plants, morning sun, afternoon sun, and all day filtered shade (south facing but screened by three tall cedars).

I have the "Dark Eyes" in the front shady spot. It's doing OK, (much better than last years' plant) but I am worried that it is not thriving (its not sickly though). The smaller stems at the top appear to be reaching for the sun.

I've hung the "Bianca" on the morning sun side. I have't had time to see how it responds.

Should I swap location? Would the white fuchsia like the shade more than the "Dark Eyes". (I'm afraid that the afternoon side would be too sunny for either plant - especially later in the season when it gets hot here in Baltimore).
