How does the fuit of Fuchsia Hybrida taste, and does it make seeds, or are the seeds plantable becuase its a hybrid?

| I personally have never eaten Fuchsia berries so can't help there. when the berries are ripe you will find some varieties have lots of seed, others will have a few and some will have none. Seed planted from hybrid Fuchsias will not come true but are plantable. You may come up with a winner but most will be no better than what is already available. Those that are in the business of creating new Fuchsias are looking for something totally different, more disease resistant, more heat resistant or hardier amongst other things. A...... |
