double blue fuchsia - what it is?

| I searched the internet and found the following image. I wonder what cultivar it is. It looks like a fine double. How lovely!

| Unnamed red and blue/purple double? When in doubt, I'd default to Dark Eyes, since it appears to be the most common trailing cultivar in this color scheme. Nevertheless, there are an endless number of cultivars out there. You might try comparing it to the some of the images at fuchsias.net; monnierscountrygardens.com; fuchsia-home.de (it's a German-language site, but index of cultivars is exhaustive); www2.dicom.se/fuchsias/thumbsindex.html (which even has a link to just red-purple/blue double cultivars); or fuchsiamagic.com. |

| Yep; Dark Eyes. The break of red on the purple and red viens on the leaves give it away. |
