| These are probably 'Dark Eyes' (see link at bottom for another photo) I've been seeing this fuchsia at a lot of Big Box stores (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.,) and nurseries.
There is also a photo of a trailing fuchsia called 'Blue Eyes' on the Chalk Farms website that is VERY similar looking. The only difference I could see was that the pollen is a different color.
