Tom Thumb Fuchsia

| I bought one of these about a week or so ago and put it in a hanging basket. When I got it there were no blooms on it and there still aren't but there are blooms on the Dark Eyes and Swingtime ones are blooming. Is this type slow to bloom? It otherwise looks healthy... but absolutely no sign of buds or anything. Just looks like a green leafy bush.
Thanks in advance. :) |

| Without more info; hard to tell. Tom Thumb is a hardy upright and likes sun. In Zn 5 that would mean at least half the day. They also do not like being potted up, preferring being planted in the garden. Do you know if it had been pinched back? Fuschias take 6 weeks to bloom after being pruned. |
