I bought one of these about a week or so ago and put it in a hanging basket. When I got it there were no blooms on it and there still aren't but there are blooms on the Dark Eyes and Swingtime ones are blooming. Is this type slow to bloom? It otherwise looks healthy... but absolutely no sign of buds or anything. Just looks like a green leafy bush.
