I would like to stop some fuchsia plants bought Mid April for a third time but unable to do so because of Buds Forming. If these Buds are pinched out what happens ? will other shoots develop or will Buds form again.
Any advice will be appreciated

I take it you are still wanting to shape your plants, nothing bad will happen all you will be doing is delaying the flowering time of your plants, it takes at least 6 weeks on single flowering varieties and at least 8 weeks for double flowering varieties to form more flower buds. I'm still pinching some of mine for fall blooms.
