Organic Fertilizer for Fuschias

I am an organic gardener and would like to know if any of you fuschia fans have an organic fertilizer you like. I have never(!) fertilized my fuschia, (although it seems to do just fine and I always get lots of flowers). I probably should, though, right? I did notice a few people recommending fish emulsion, is this a complete enough fertilizer for the job?
Thanks!

That will depend on whether you are growing them in containers or on the ground. For containers, the media has limited amount of fertilizers built-in so we naturally supplement them with fertilizers. On ground with fertile soil, it is not really necessary to feed them.

As I do grow mine in containers and indoor, I avoided organic fertilizers due to smell. Also organic fertilizers need bacteria to break it down into usable forms for the plants so if you use non-soil potting mix then go for chemical fertilizers.

I grow mine in a container outdoors so smell isn't a concern. Since I am an organic gardener I cannot use a chemical fertilizer.
