New here so hi to all.

I have always had an intrest in the fuschia's and woul like to take the opertunaty this year to try and train one against the south facing house wall.

Can anyone recomnd any particular variant and wether fan or espallier would be the best option

I would like to use a hardy variety and hop that growth would start on the old wood in following years will this be possible as protected from most frost by the house wall.

Any tips greatly appreciated

RE: Climbers

Here's a listing with size, hardiness and pics. We had a 12 degree freeze in Feb. just as buds were swelling; only one survived and is coming back from the crown. If you don't get severe freezes and can protect these during the winter, you should be OK.

Here is a link that might be useful: Hardy Fuschia
