my fuchsia, which is in a hanging basket in part-shade has bloomed for 7 weeks straight, now it is producing these green bean looking thingys, does this mean it's done? should i cut it back, or just let it do its thing?

Or remove them and make jam!!

To keep it in flower, it's best to remove these seed pods or the plant will put it's energy into them rather than producing more flowers.
