Can anyone tell by looking at these pictures what is wrong with my fuchsia?

Necrosis. Probably bacterial. Hot, humid weather lately?

When do you water? If in the evening you might try in the morning, and you might try watering the pot without wetting the leaves more than necessary. I'm just wondering if wet leaves spread the disease.

Along with the advise already given, looking at the tip growth in the first picture do I see some webbing. Spider mite?

    Good catch, aftermidnight.

Just_me_6, try insecticidal (miticidal) soap. Be sure to spray UNDER the leaves because that's where the mites are likely to hide.

*I have not had humid weather in my area so I don't think that's the problem. We're actually having drought conditions here and less humidity than normal.

*I did re-pot the plant about 4 weeks ago.

*I recently added a layer of composted manure over the top of the soil, then a thin layer of mulch over that.

*I've been watering it with manure tea on occasion.

*I don't under-water. If anything, I may overwater my fuchsia.

*As far as sun exposure, I haven't changed the location of the plant from where it was 6 weeks ago (when it was doing great). I will check the sun exposure this weekend to make sure that location is not getting more sun now that summer is here.

*I will spray with soap to see if that helps.

I sure hope I can figure out what the problem is because this plant was so full and beautiful when I bought it and now it just looks sad, bare, and droopy.

Spider mite usually appear when it's hot and dry, not humid. Another thought, if the plant had water on the leaves and was in the sun the leaves could have burned, that would be another explanation for the brown patches.

That may very well be what happened. As spring turned into summer, the location I had this Fuchsia in started getting more sun without me realizing it. I've moved it to another spot so we'll see if it recovers.

Looks like mites but the more I look at it, it could be some kind of fungus or bacteria (see edit below). I had the same thing on mine and I noticed what looked like little mites, so I came here.

Organocide is supposed to work well for mites. Im going to treat right now and Ill get back to you if it works.

EDIT:I was looking at my Fuchsia and it seems the damage on my leaves is mostly on the bottom and doesnt have the purplish spots such as yours. I did notice on mine some little webs and some mites, so Im pretty sure my problem is mites.

If you dont notice any little bugs, you might have an over watering/humidity problem. But I did notice a little web in your first pic.
