The New Cultivars by George Bartlett was his second book, his first book (in this series) was called Fuchsias A Colour Guide, ISN No 1-85223-927-1 lots more fuchsias, and nearly twice as big as his second book. Of course there are lots more fuchsia books, but I consider these two the best for descriptions with the addition of all the coloured photographjs - Kath:)

I'm reading 'Fuchsia, a hamlyn care manual' by David Clark, at the moment. I don't know if it's available on your side of the Pond. If you take a look at my last Posting, you will see reference to his Website, it's worth a look.

I have just bought a copy of Edward Goulding's 'Fuchsias The Complete Guide'. This new edition was published in 2002 and contains some excellent photographs and illustraion by Alison Jones, The ISBN number is0-88192-554-3.
